Role Overview

Yantra Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Recruiter who will manage end-to-end recruitment activities and provide basic administrative support to ensure smooth HR and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for design, technical, and support roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Manage offer letters, follow-ups, and joining formalities
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in onboarding and induction processes
  • Support attendance, leave records, and basic HR reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for office requirements
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment portals and MS Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting for design or technical roles
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and compliance
  • Proactive and problem-solving attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
