Role Overview
As the Head of Sales, you will lead the entire sales function, from strategy development to execution. You'll be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's sales strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Identify new markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities.
Establish strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Set and track sales targets, key performance indicator, and forecasting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams.
Implement sales tools, processes, and best practices to drive efficiency.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements
Proven track record as a Sales Head, Sales Director, or similar leadership role.
8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in [industry – e.g., SaaS, FMCG, Manufacturing, B2B services].
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience scaling teams and revenue in a high-growth environment.
Data-driven decision-making with a focus on results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
