Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of our marketing strategy and execution, overseeing a wide range of activities to ensure brand consistency and maximize ROI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative departments, to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
○ Lead the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
○ Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
2. Campaign Management:
○ Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, email, events) to drive engagement and conversion.
○ Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creative materials align with the brand's voice and objectives.
3. Digital Marketing & Analytics:
○ Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, paid media, and email marketing, to increase traffic and sales.
○ Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and KPIs, reporting on successes, learnings, and areas for improvement.
4. Brand Building & PR:
○ Shape and manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
○ Establish and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to secure PR opportunities and raise brand visibility.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
○ Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior, adjusting marketing tactics accordingly.
○ Leverage insights to inform product development, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
○ Lead and mentor a small but highly creative marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
○ Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and deliverables.
Qualifications:

Experience:
○ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
○ Proven success in executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels and achieving measurable business results.
●
Skills:
○ Strong leadership and communication skills.
○ Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
○ Solid understanding of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media marketing.
○ Experience in brand strategy, market research, and analytics.
