About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, customer-first Junior Sales Executive to join our in-store team. This is an early-career role designed for someone who's eager to learn, loves connecting with people, and can represent the Evol experience with warmth and professionalism. You'll be the face of the brand — guiding customers through our collections and helping them find pieces that feel personal, precious, and lasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet every visitor with sincerity, warmth, and presence — making them feel seen and valued
  • Shadow and assist senior executives during customer consultations and styling sessions
  • Present collections with clarity, learning to articulate design stories, material quality, and styling suggestions
  • Support store operations including inventory checks, packaging, billing coordination, and customer follow-ups
  • Maintain store aesthetics and hygiene — ensuring a calm, elegant retail environment
  • Assist in coordinating custom orders, sizing requests, and post-sale care
  • Follow store protocols and documentation practices with accuracy
  • Attend structured training sessions on jewellery, styling, and communication

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of professional experience (internships, campus roles, or volunteering are a plus)
  • Friendly, approachable, and eager to connect with people
  • Strong communication skills — fluency in English and Telugu required; Hindi is a bonus
  • Eagerness to learn about diamonds, gold standards, jewellery types, and styling principles
  • Willingness to work weekends and festive days (with weekday offs provided)
  • Interest in building a long-term career in luxury retail or client service
  • Well-groomed and composed, with a professional attitude and appearance
