Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team at the Mohali office. The professional will collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to deliver autonomous expert solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable architectures for ServiceNow and related systems.

  • Oversee software development and system integration activities.

  • Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Architects and Technical Leads.

  • Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in architecture and architectural design.

  • Hands-on experience in software development and integration.

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar platforms.

  • Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or related technologies (preferred).

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
