Service Delivery Specialist, Data Services

We are seeking a seasoned and efficient Service Delivery Specialist, VDS to manage our enterprise-wide master data maintenance activities and day to day operations . The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of expertise in global MDM management , data governance, transformation delivery, with specific focus on Item data, Business Partners information and Equipment information (I n stalled base) under Valmet Data Service team.

Areas of responsibility

• Evaluate and review user requests for new features or improvements with CRM ( CoMPass ) and related teams .

• Monitor and follow up on ServiceNow tickets . Evaluate and balance the load of Service tickets , service level analysis managing Happy Signals .

• Participate in data and system development projects planned by Sr. Manager Data Services and other related teams . Assign and communicate development tasks to technical teams and data domain teams .

• Test new developments and report bugs or issues .

• Create and update user instructions and user guides .

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in weekly support sessions and planning meetings .

• Support and participate in discussions for integration issue resolution between various applications like CRM, LN and Salesforce .

• Perform regular system maintenance tasks and data updates including data cleansing .

• Create and update data management instructions in MDG portal .

• Perform ERP data cleansing and managing Data Quality using Tools deployed by Valmet, after changes agreed by Business organisation or roll out team.

• Understanding data analysis and data visualisation , mass upload and data consistency ,

• Prepare and share reports on Installed Base (IB) and Business Partner (BP) data and Commercial Items .

• Conduct and participate in weekly support sessions , reporting root cause with respect to data quality .

• Handle support tickets during team absences or high workloads .

• Provide cross-domain support (e.g., BP–IB- Commercial Item related cases ).

• Support equipment hierarchy cleansing projects and coordinate schedules . Arrange kick-off meetings with Area Coordinators and Sales Managers .

Basic requirements of the position

• Bachelor's in Computer Science , Engineering, or related field .

• 5-10 years of experience in MDM, Data Governance, Data Operations, and Shared Services .

• Strong Business knowledge preferably has worked in collaboration with Bus iness . Skills and knowledge of ERP , various CRM and ITSM tools and applications.

• Ex perience in data migration, quality management, and regulatory compliance .

• S kills to work with maintenance tools a nd ITSM tool necessary for daily op erations.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills .

• Prior experience of medium / big size MNC's would be added advantage.

Competencies and skills of the position

• Strong experience in Master Data Management and service delivery .

• Hands-on experience with CRM , LN, Salesforce , or similar systems .

• Excellent coordination and communication skills .

• Good analytical and reporting abilities (Excel, dashboards , etc.).

• Experience in working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools .

• Organized , proactive , and comfortable managing multiple priorities .

• Good understanding of supply chain , procurement , and manufacturing data flows .

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy as regards to master data.
