Service Delivery Engineer, Data Services

We are seeking efficient Service Delivery Engineer , VDS (3 positions) to manage our master data creation and maintenance . The ideal candidate will bring 3 - 5 years of expertise in master data management related activities . Will be part of Valmet Data Services team mainly focusing work related to Business Partners and installed base related data.

Areas of responsibility

• Handle CRM ( CoMPass ) Service now queue tasks and resolve user requests .

• Checking Service now and email tasks for Installed base and close co-ordination with Capital Product Line Sales Management team(s) and business area teams .

• Create , Update and C leanse equipment data for the purpose of Installed Base in CRM ( CoMPass ) and ERP (LN) applications used in the company

• Manage ServiceNow tickets related to Business Partner , Pricing agreement in ERP (LN) .

• Maintain and correct C ustomer information in CRM ( CoMPass ).

• Add or update equipment attributes in the Capital equipment Hierarchy Standard for maintaining Installed base .

• Define and manage equipment types settings to ensure correct data structure in CRM system ( CoMPass ) also in ERP as needed .

• Add or update production lines , processes , and equipment types in the equipment Hierarchy Standard .

• Assist the relevant team with Long Term Declaration (LTD) and Address Data , resolving issues reported .

• Work closely with teams during Mergers & Acquisitions to support ERP roll out data migration activities , work closely with Sr. Service Deleivery specialist .

• Maintain and update City and Province data for Business Partner in CRM and ERP , mainly avoid duplicates and Language requirement .

• Participate in CRM ( CoMPass ) idea reviews for process and system improvements .

• Participate Sales ,Service and Business Partner Data Domain discussions and provide updates .

• C ontribute to Business Partner Domain coordination Meetings .

• Work with various applications / tools like JIRA, MDG Portal , ServiceNow etc.

Basic requirements of the position

• Bachelor's in Science or Engineering , or related field with preferred with work experience on engineering business.

• 5-8 years of experience in Engineering / Manufacturing companies.

• Good Business knowledge preferably has worked in collaboration with Bus iness teams and sales/purchase teams and understanding of Master Data Management (MDM).

• Ex perience in data migration, data quality management .

• Knowledge of related tools is added qualification .

• Prior experience of medium / big size MNC's would be added advantage.

Competencies and skills of the position

• Experience in Master Data Management and data service operations .

• Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM systems

• Good analytical , problem-solving , and coordination skills .

• Basic understanding of data migration and validation processes .

• Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently .

• Strong teamwork and communication skills .
