Role Overview: 

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Finance Manager to lead the financial operations for our IT Products & Services division in the US market . The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, regulatory compliance, risk management, revenue recognition, and profitability strategies, ensuring strong financial governance while supporting the company's growth and expansion. 

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Financial Strategy & Business Planning 

2. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the companys IT product and services business model.

3. Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term planning to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

4. Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to optimize financial performance and pricing strategies. 

5. Revenue Recognition & Financial Reporting 

6. Ensure accurate revenue recognition for software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and IT service contracts in compliance with GAAP (ASC 606).

7. Oversee financial reporting, P&L management, and cash flow analysis.

8. Manage quarterly and annual audits, ensuring compliance with SEC, GAAP, and IFRS standards. 

9. Compliance, Tax & Risk Management 

10. Oversee SOX compliance, tax planning, and regulatory filings for US operations.

11. Ensure federal, state, and international tax compliance, including sales tax for SaaS products and IT services.

12. Develop and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks and cybersecurity threats. 

13. Pricing, Cost Control & Profitability Optimization 

14. Define pricing models for IT product licensing, SaaS, and managed services to maximize margins.

15. Implement cost optimization strategies while maintaining high service delivery standards.

16. Manage vendor contracts, procurement strategies, and financial negotiations. 

17. Treasury & Cash Flow Management 

18. Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and capital expenditures.

19. Manage banking relationships, financing options, and investment strategies to support business growth.

20. Optimize global finance structures for international transactions and currency risk management . 

21. Business Partnering & Leadership 

22. Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and sales leaders to drive profitable growth.

23. Lead the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

24. Support M&A initiatives, due diligence, and integration of new acquisitions . 

Key Qualifications & Experience: 

• 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles within IT Products & Services companies .

• CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance preferred.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition for IT/SaaS), IFRS, and SOX compliance .

• Experience managing financial planning, SaaS pricing models, IT service contracts, and licensing .

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), financial analytics, and automation tools .

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
