About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Tele caller – Lead Revival Specialist to reconnect with old clients and previously unresponsive leads. The role focuses on identifying missed opportunities, understanding client concerns, and reviving interest in our offerings. This is a performance-driven position ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and building client relationships.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Excel Proficiency: Ability to use Excel efficiently, including basic formulas, data filters, and formatting for analysis.
  • Sales Orientation: Ability to communicate value, handle objections, and support the lead through the sales funnel.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capability to identify trends, segment leads, and generate meaningful insights from client conversations.
  • Drafting & Documentation: Skilled in writing concise and effective communication for follow-ups and record keeping.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in real estate, tele sales, client servicing, or similar roles.
  • Prior experience using CRMs.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
