Qualifications

  • Effective phone etiquette and ability to remain professional
  • Basic knowledge of skincare treatments and laser technology is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office and CRM tools
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry is preferred
