Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, guiding the sales team, and driving revenue growth for our residential and/or commercial projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital campaigns, and site visits.
  • Identify potential customers and provide consultation on project details.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Meet with clients to understand their property requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process – site visits, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to the marketing and strategy teams.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and closure status.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.

Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing team for campaign planning and lead generation.
  • Liaise with legal, finance, and CRM teams to ensure smooth post-sales processes.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate
