
Interior Sales Manager

Glamwood Interiors is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth. Experience in the interior design industry will be an added advantage. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored interior design solutions that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
- Generate leads, manage client inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the customer's vision is executed.
- Provide clients with design consultations and offer insights on the best interior solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and interior design products.
- Report on sales performance and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales (experience in the interior design industry is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their requirements.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for interiors and design will be highly regarded.
