Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MSP Operations Specialist to support our Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations for a leading MNC client. The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day MSP operations, ensuring compliance with client policies and processes.
  • Act as a single point of contact between vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
  • Handle onboarding, invoicing, timesheet approvals, and contractor lifecycle management.
  • Track, report, and resolve operational issues within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Procurement) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide periodic operational updates and dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in MSP operations or workforce management.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management and contingent workforce processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Prior experience in an MNC/MSP setup preferred.
