Role Overview:

As an Admission Counselor at TRIZ Learning, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students/parents. Your role is crucial in guiding students through our programs, understanding their learning goals, and ensuring a smooth and engaging enrollment experience. You will work closely with mentors and the operations team to connect students with the right courses and support their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students via calls, meets, chats, and in-person interactions.
  • Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning needs.
  • Explain TRIZ Learning programs, features, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Assist students through the admission process, including application guidance, fee collection coordination, and enrollment confirmation.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in promotional events, webinars, and outreach programs to attract prospective students.
  • Achieve individual and team targets for student admissions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with empathy for students' goals.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in sales, counseling, or education is a plus.
