About Route Academy

Route Academy is a leading professional skill development institute based in Kozhikode, offering specialized programs in Business, IT, Finance, and Analytics. We are expanding our admissions team and looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor with a strong background in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle student enquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
  • Use CRM software to manage leads, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate student data.
  • Counsel prospective students on suitable programs and career pathways.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to ensure admission conversions.
  • Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to meet monthly targets.
  • Prepare daily and weekly admission performance reports.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the education industry (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience in CRM lead management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and manage multiple leads effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
