Business Analyst

We are looking for passionate and dedicated candidates to expand our business analyst team. The candidate will be responsible for being a bridge between the client and the development team.

Please note: Only face-to-face interviews will be conducted. And candidate must have good understanding of web and mobile app development technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients after project initiation.
o Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
o Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements and expectations post-sales.
o Analyze and document client requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
o Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to mitigate challenges.
o Prepare functional and technical requirement documents (Like BRDs, FRDs, and SRSs), user stories, and workflows.
o Generate periodic reports for clients to update them on project progress.
o Provide support during project implementation, including issue resolution and client feedback incorporation.
o Assist in delivering training or walkthroughs to clients for the deployed solution.
o Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes.
o Suggest and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction and project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
o Proficient in business analysis tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
o Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
