Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst - Digital Team, located in Jaipur. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating these requirements into functional specifications. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to enhance digital capabilities and drive business growth. The Senior Business Analyst will also be expected to provide insights and recommendations based on analytical findings to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
  • Strong Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in Business Processes and understanding of Business Requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • MBA or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the financial sector are a plus
