Position: IT Business Analyst

Location: Model Town, Jagatpura, Jaipur

Job Type: Full-time (In-house)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst with experience in both pre-sales and post-sales activities to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding business requirements, supporting the sales process, preparing solution proposals, and ensuring smooth project delivery after sales. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and an up-to-date knowledge of technology trends are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales

Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and IT requirements.

Analyze client needs and prepare functional specifications and solution proposals.

Collaborate with the sales team to define project scope and estimate delivery timelines.

Assist in preparing technical presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.

Post-Sales

Gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.

Analyze workflows and processes to recommend practical IT solutions.

Prepare process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional documents.

Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders, developers, and project managers.

Monitor project progress and help resolve any gaps between business needs and delivered solutions.

Continuous Responsibilities

Stay updated on the latest technology trends (Cloud, AI, Automation, Low-code/No-code platforms, etc.).

Communicate effectively across teams and time zones when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2 – 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, specifically with experience in pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Strong understanding of project delivery and management of small to enterprise-level IT projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Awareness of the latest technology trends and market solutions.

Flexible to work across different time zones when required.

Education: Graduate in B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, or equivalent technical background.

Work Schedule

Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skill set, including PF/ESI)
