Role Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications for various projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and assessments of new initiatives to enhance business processes.
  • Translate complex data and analytics into actionable insights for decision-making purposes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements.
  • Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure alignment between business goals and technological capabilities.
  • Identify risks and issues that may affect project outcomes and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support the testing phase by creating test cases and facilitating user acceptance testing.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to business analysis.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and life cycles.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and eliciting requirements from stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Knowledge of cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
