ELB Learning is looking for a HubSpot power user and project leader to join our Revenue Operations team. If youre passionate about turning data into decisions, streamlining systems, and helping GTM teams work smarter, this is your opportunity.

Youll be the day-to-day mission control for our RevOps function — managing priorities, leading cross-department projects, and improving how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success use HubSpot. In this team lead role, you'll coordinate two other RevOps specialists, coach them in areas where you're strong, and work closely with our US-based VP of RevOps to build a proactive, data-driven operations engine.

We're also looking for someone excited to explore AI and automation tools responsibly — finding real opportunities to save time and improve outcomes while avoiding hype and unnecessary risks

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the RevOps task queue using Asana, moving requests from intake to completion
  • Build and maintain advanced HubSpot reports and dashboards, blending data from multiple sources
  • Drive system improvements, data hygiene, and process optimization across Sales, Service, and Marketing Hubs
  • Coordinate projects across departments and keep deliverables on track
  • Measure and monitor remote-team productivity, addressing gaps when needed
  • Lead and develop a small operations team, sharing expertise and best practices

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8-10 years in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Ops for B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services
  • Advanced HubSpot admin skills in Enterprise Sales, Service, and Marketing Hubs
  • Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills, able to turn data into clear insights
  • Proven project management experience and on-time delivery
  • Fluent spoken and written English; confident leading virtual sessions
  • A continuous improvement mindset and openness to responsibly adopting AI tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience with commission processes or tools like QuotaPath/CaptivateIQ
  • Familiarity with financial systems like Sage Intacct or NetSuite
  • SQL or BI platform experience (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
