Job Summary:

Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's Management Information System. Ensure data integrity, system performance, and reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute MIS strategy aligned to business goals.
  • Manage system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Maintain data quality, governance, and security.
  • Generate dashboards, reports, and analytics for management.
  • Train and support users; manage MIS team.
  • Continuously improve MIS processes and tools.
  • Liaise with vendors and manage MIS budget.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Should be a Graduate.
  • 12+ years in MIS, data management.
  • Strong database skills (e.g., SQL) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and leadership abilities.
  • Good communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
