  • Prepare and send Bounce MIS to the respective branches on a regular basis.
  • Generate Bounce MIS reports, categorized by vintage, product, and location, including trends and percentage analysis.

  • Maintain and publish a collection intensity report, providing insights on collection efforts.
  • Prepare dashboards for Bounce & Penal collections to track and analyze trends.
  • Generate roll-forward, roll-back, and normalization MIS reports to ensure smooth tracking of collections.
  • Prepare bucket-wise inventory reports and compare them with the same time last month's data.
  • Create and track performance efficiency reports based on the same time last month's comparison.
  • Monitor and track collector-wise allocation and efficiency reports.
  • Prepare and publish CCLM, BCM, Telecaller, and RM incentives reports.
  • Develop and maintain various dashboards and MIS related to collections.
  • Prepare non-starter reports and track cases accordingly.
  • Track and ensure timely receipt issuance and payment depositions.
  • Allocate bounced cases on time and monitor their progress.
  • Collate and upload account-wise feedback into the collection system.
  • Coordinate with branches to collect and provide payment files to the Ops team for system updates.
  • Maintain and prepare high POS account tracker, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Responsible for end-to-end vendor management, including empanelment, billing, and agency audits.
