Role Overview

The Associate will be part of the National Global Delivery Office, which serves as the central hub for global delivery operations at Grant Thornton Bharat. This role supports business development, stakeholder coordination, compliance, marketing, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will contribute to initiatives that enhance visibility, streamline processes, and drive growth across service lines and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing collaterals and digital assets (e.g., brochures, postcards, LinkedIn posts) to promote service offerings and enhance engagement with global member firms.
  • Create and maintain performance trackers and dashboards to monitor business growth, engagement trends, and service line performance across geographies.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential regions and emerging service areas, supporting strategic business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather updates, insights, and data for reporting, client proposals, and engagement summaries.
  • Customize client-facing materials including pitch decks, proposals, and team profiles to support business acquisition and staffing efforts.
  • Build and manage centralized repositories for contracts and engagement documentation to ensure accessibility and compliance with risk protocols.
  • Support client feedback initiatives by assisting in the design, distribution, and analysis of performance review surveys.
