Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive from the IT industry with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of computers and SaaS products, and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns. Experience in the telecom industry will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer calls and actively listen to their queries and complaints.
* Accurately document customer issues and forward them to the concerned internal team.
* Follow up with customers once the issue is addressed and ensure complete resolution.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
* Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Continuously update knowledge of company products and services, especially SaaS platforms.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in the IT industry.
* BCA or similar qualification
* Strong computer skills and working knowledge of SaaS software.
* Basic coding knowledge is an added advantage.
* Prior experience in the telecom industry is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
* Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Patience and active listening abilities.
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
