Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai for a Technical Mentor. The Technical Mentor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring freshers and professionals through our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive technical training sessions and workshops.
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to trainees.
  • Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create and maintain course materials and project assignments.
  • Guide trainees in building real-time projects and portfolios.
  • Support internship and placement preparation activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Web and Mobile App Development.
  • Strong expertise in Full Stack Development and No-Code Platforms.
  • Proficiency in Python, Django, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Data Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous mentoring or teaching experience is a plus.
  • Ability to provide clear guidance, feedback, and motivation to learners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Freshers with strong technical and communication skills are welcome to apply.
