Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the position of Executive - Finance and Accounts. The role involves managing financial operations, preparing financial statements, handling GST compliance, performing account management tasks, and coordinating finances related to sales activities. The Executive will play a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Assist to manage daily and month-end accounting activities, including P&L,

balance sheet in compliance with Indian GAAP.

 Handle AP, AR, Banking functions and perform regular reconciliations of

revenue, cost, and balance sheet accounts to ensure control effectiveness.

 Assist in monthly MIS preparation with strong support on data sets & analysis

 Maintain F.A.R and deliver accurate financial reports within deadlines.

 Preparation and publication of entity level financial documents.

 Assist in statutory and internal audits.

 Ensure statutory compliance and taxation adherence.

 Develop or recommend solutions for Automation of daily tasks.

Your Attributes:

 Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting

 Strong Tally accounting software skills

 Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable

information.

 Strong demonstrated the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

 Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
