We are looking for an experienced
Operations Delivery Manager
with
12+ years of experience
to oversee and manage the overall operations of our IT Delivery Centre. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, compliance, and seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee
    end-to-end operations
    of the IT Delivery Centre.
  • Manage
    IT infrastructure, IT audits, and IT compliance
    processes.
  • Ensure
    HR operations and statutory compliance
    , including audits.
  • Handle
    vendor management
    and service-level governance.
  • Monitor
    cost optimization and budgeting
    for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct and manage
    HR and operational audits
    periodically.
  • Coordinate with the
    Bhubaneswar office
    as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum
    12 years of overall experience
    in operations and delivery management (preferably in IT consulting or services).
  • Strong knowledge of
    IT infrastructure, compliance, and audit frameworks
    .
  • Proven experience in
    people operations, facilities, and vendor management
    .
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to join
    immediately or within 30 days
    .
