Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic
Delivery Manager
to streamline and oversee the operational aspects of our project delivery processes. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to ensure project workflows, resources, reporting, and systems are optimized for success across all teams. You'll play a key role in developing processes, solving bottlenecks, and ensuring high-quality project execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Operations & Delivery

• Oversee operational activities across multiple projects, supporting project managers and teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and refine project workflows, templates, and frameworks.
• Track project performance and ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Monitor key project metrics and resources to identify risks or opportunities.

Process Optimization

• Evaluate and enhance project delivery processes to drive efficiency and quality.
• Standardize operational practices and documentation across teams.
• Implement tools and systems for better project visibility and collaboration.

Resource & Capacity Planning

• Collaborate with department leads to forecast project resource needs.
• Manage project staffing plans and coordinate resource allocation.
• Track capacity and resolve resourcing conflicts when they arise.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop project dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Analyze data to uncover improvement areas and promote fact-based decision-making.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Act as the liaison between project teams, operations, finance, and leadership.
• Facilitate project reviews, retrospectives, and schedules.
• Support change management efforts tied to new systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 12-15 years of experience in business operations, project delivery, or related domains.
• Proven success in managing cross-functional operations and large-scale projects.
• Experience in process optimization, performance management, and delivery oversight.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is an advantage.
