We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales to lead and drive our sales operations in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, achieving business targets, and implementing effective strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Role Overview:
The AGM – Sales will oversee day-to-day sales operations, client acquisition, and revenue generation activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, a result-oriented mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive project sales and revenue growth.
- Generate and manage leads through multiple channels including brokers, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and track achievements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, channel partners, and corporate accounts.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and suggest strategies to stay ahead.
- Ensure effective coordination between sales, marketing, and project execution teams.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
