The AGM/ DGM Strategic Partnerships & Business Development will lead the companys business expansion initiatives with a strong focus on the FMCG, lubricants, and chemicals industries.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, including leading a team of BD managers, identifying growth areas, and forming long-term client relationships and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the companys sustainability goals and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new opportunities in target industries such as FMCG, packaging, and chemicals.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of business development and key account professionals.
Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Collaborate closely with technical and production teams to align offerings with client requirements.
Lead strategic deal negotiations and partnership structuring.
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to drive innovation and relevance.
Work with internal marketing to develop sales collateral, case studies, and industry outreach materials.
Ensure pipeline development and accurate forecasting, reporting directly to the Director Marketing.
