Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize global FP&A processes
  • Drive automation, simplification, and best practices
  • Implement RPA & AI technologies for performance improvement
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC, and internal controls
  • Collaborate across IT, corporate accounting, and operations
  • Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team
  • Design and run global governance structures

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 15+ years in financial reporting and analysis
  • 5+ years in people management
  • Strong expertise in FP&A tools (e.g., PeopleSoft, PowerBI)
  • TTLH industry experience preferred
  • Hands-on, collaborative leadership style
