Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in BPO operations or similar industry.
  • Proven track record as a Team Leader or Manager in a call center environment.
  • Strong understanding of BPO processes, including customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams for improved performance.
