Urgent requirements of Inside Sales Team leader ( BPO sales , )
Total Years of Experience - min. 4 to 6+years of experience in sales ( with min. 2 years as a team lead)
Location - Gurugram
Salary - Fixed salary + monthly incentives
*QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS*
Graduation in any stream
PREFERRED SKILLS*
4 to 6 + years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales in B2C/D2C environments.
Proven experience managing large-scale PROFESSIONALLY manage call center / contact center
operations, who can create processes.
Demonstrated success in owning and scaling revenue-driven sales functions.
Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk), WhatsApp Email leads
Excellent communication, coaching, and performance management skills.
Exposure to high-ticket or consultative sales (luxury, wellness, financial products, edtech, )
is a big plus.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in luxury retail, gems/ jewellery, or international D2C brands.
Strong understanding of global buyers — especially from GCC, US, SEA.
