Locations: Jalandhar, Amritsar, Delhi, Bathinda, Ludhiana

Final Interview: Chandigarh

Training Duration: 5–7 Days (Unpaid)

Job Description:

We are looking for retired professionals with strong experience in operations, auditing, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management), preferably from the wellness or skincare industry. The ideal candidate should have a background in managing office teams, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring service quality across branches.

This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee multiple clinics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily clinic operations across assigned branches.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and protocols.
  • Monitor and guide staff performance to maintain high service quality.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between management and branch teams.
  • Oversee client handling, CRM activities, and feedback systems.
  • Support in improving overall operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain reports and share audit and operation updates with senior management.

Requirements:

  • Only retired professionals are eligible to apply.
  • Prior experience in operations, auditing, or CRM management is mandatory.
  • Experience in wellness, healthcare, or skincare sector preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and guide teams effectively.
  • Willing to travel to multiple branch locations if required.

Training Details:

  • Duration: 5–7 Days (Unpaid)
  • Location: Chandigarh
  • After Training: Salary will start post successful completion of training.
