About the Fellowship

The
Gnothi Seauton Fellowship
is not a typical internship. It's a high-ownership, high-impact role designed for professionals who want to work at the intersection of
brand strategy, communications, and creativity
.

We are looking for fellows who can take on responsibilities that founders often do — building, problem-solving, and driving projects end-to-end.

This program is especially suited for:

What You'll Do

As a GS Fellow, you will:

  • Work directly with the
    leadership team
    on high-priority projects
  • Contribute to
    brand strategy, media planning, and storytelling
  • Conduct research, develop insights, and build structured recommendations
  • Manage and deliver projects with a high degree of ownership
  • Collaborate across creative, strategy, and media functions
  • Learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Must-Haves

  • Prior professional experience (strategy, communications, consulting, media, marketing, or related fields)
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and curiosity about culture & storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ownership mindset — focus on outcomes, not just tasks

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Sheets
  • Prior exposure to brand strategy, startups, or consulting
  • Comfort with ambiguity and experimentation
