Job Description E-commerce Sales Manager (Quick Commerce: Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)

Position Summary

The E-commerce Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, visibility, and growth across quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. The role involves managing product listings, promotions, inventory, and relationships with platform account managers to achieve revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Quick Commerce Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart & other Q-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, content, and stock availability.
  • Coordinate with category managers for visibility, promotions, and new launches.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across platforms.
  • Monitor daily sales, inventory, and key performance metrics.
  • Optimize discounts, promotions, and assortment to maximize sales and profitability.

3. Product Listing & Content Management

  • Ensure all SKUs are listed with correct titles, descriptions, images, and pack details.
  • Monitor and update catalogue based on platform requirements.
  • Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and A+ listing improvements.

4. Promotions & Visibility Planning

  • Plan and execute platform promotions, deals, & visibility campaigns.
  • Coordinate for banner placements, brand days, and high-traffic campaigns.
  • Optimize conversion through pricing strategies and digital shelf enhancements.

5. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Work closely with warehouse & supply chain teams to maintain healthy stock levels.
  • Ensure timely replenishment & avoid stock-outs or overstocking situations.
  • Manage fill rate, order cancellations, and delivery performance metrics
