We're seeking proactive professionals with expertise in SQL, Power BI, ETL, data warehousing, data modelling, etc to join our MIS team.

Job description:

  • Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
  • Build and maintain efficient ETL processes to support data integration and transformation.
  • Partner with BI analysts to develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize database performance for scalability and efficiency.
  • Implement and enforce best practices in SQL coding, data modeling, and documentation.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in SQL programming, performance tuning, and query optimization.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools and data pipeline development.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and BI concepts.
  • Experience with reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS) is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex data and database-related issues.
  • Proven experience mentoring junior developers and leading best practices.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience as a SQL Developer, BI Developer, or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing BI/SQL solutions in large-scale environments.
