Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various structured and unstructured sources
  • Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
  • Translate business requirements into technical data models and reports
  • Communicate insights clearly through visualizations and presentations to stakeholders
  • Automate recurring reports and ad-hoc analysis using SQL, Python, or Excel

BI & Azure Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including SQL tables, facts, and dimensions
  • Build and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
  • Develop and maintain data cubes in Azure Analysis Services
  • Work with Azure Data Warehouse for data storage and processing
  • Create scalable dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
  • Ensure high standards of data integrity and data quality across all BI systems
  • Optimize SQL queries and ETL workflows for performance and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling (facts/dimensions)
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, including:
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Azure Analysis Services
  • Azure SQL / Synapse (Data Warehouse)
  • Experience building interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation
  • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
