Role Overview

We're looking for a
Power BI Developer
with
2–3 years of hands-on experience
in designing and building interactive dashboards, crafting complex DAX calculations, and optimizing data models. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our global clients and internal teams to deliver scalable, high-performance business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and paginated reports.
  • Create optimized
    data models (star/snowflake schemas)
    for scalable reporting.
  • Write advanced
    DAX measures and calculations
    to support business KPIs.
  • Perform
    ETL and data transformations
    using Power Query (M language).
  • Connect and integrate data from multiple sources such as
    SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, APIs,
    and
    cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Manage Power BI Service
    — workspaces, datasets, gateways, row-level security, and scheduled refreshes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all dashboards.
  • Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in Power BI development.
  • Strong command over
    DAX
    ,
    Power Query
    , and
    SQL
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    data modeling
    , relationships, and BI architecture.
  • Experience in
    Power BI Service administration
    (publishing, workspaces, permissions).
  • Familiarity with
    Power Automate
    or
    Power Apps
    is a plus.
  • Good understanding of business processes, KPIs, and visualization best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
