About the Role

We are seeking a
Power BI Developer
with strong expertise in
data visualization, analytics, and automation
using
Power BI
and
Power Automate
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions and automating key reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
    .
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable BI solutions.
  • Connect, model, and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query and DAX.
  • Develop and optimize
    data models
    ensuring performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Implement
    automation workflows
    using
    Power Automate
    to streamline reporting and data refresh processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify KPIs, reporting requirements, and actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure version control for Power BI solutions.
  • Troubleshoot data issues, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and security standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience
    in Power BI development.
  • Proficiency in
    DAX, Power Query (M Language), and SQL
    .
  • Strong experience in
    Power Automate
    for workflow automation and integration.
  • Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard UI/UX design.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data integration tools.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to
    Power Apps
    , Azure Data Services, or SharePoint integration.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of RLS (Row-Level Security) and Power BI Service administration.
