- 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer or BI

Analyst.

- Microsoft Power BI or Azure certifications (preferred but not

mandatory).

Job Responsibility

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to design,

develop, and optimize data visualization and reporting solutions.

Power BI Desktop & Service (Data modeling, DAX, Power Query,

RLS, App Workspaces)

- SQL Programming (Joins, CTEs, Views, Stored Procedures)

- M Query (Power Query) for ETL and data shaping

- Databricks and Azure Fabric integration knowledge

- Understanding of Data Modeling Concepts (Cardinality, Schema

Design, Relationships)

- Data Security & Access Management (RLS, OLS, UAM)

- SharePoint Integration for embedding and collaboration

- Version Control & Deployment Pipelines in Power BI Service

Required Sill-sets

Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards with complex calculations, dynamic measures, and conditional visual logic.

Develop and Maintain SQL Programming (Joins, CTEs,

Views, Stored Procedures)

Implement dynamic column headers, measures, and KPIs based on user selections or data context.

Build forecasting, trend, and predictive analytics visuals using DAX or Power BI built-in analytics features.

Develop data models following best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability (Star/Snowflake schema, cardinality management).

Write and optimize DAX formulas for performance and complex business logic.

Perform data transformation and cleansing using Power Query (M Language).

Design and implement data integration pipelines from SQL Server, Databricks, and Azure Fabric.

Manage Row-Level and Object-Level Security (RLS, OLS), workspace governance, and deployment pipelines.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical dashboards.

Participate in version control, performance tuning, and Power BI Service administration.
