Operations Manager

- Property and portfolio management: Oversee maintenance, compliance, and legal processes for all properties; handle lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant relations.
- Financial management: Prepare and manage operating budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; monitor key performance metrics, ensure timely rent/payment collection, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Team leadership and coordination: Lead, mentor, and train property management, sales, and administrative teams; coordinate with internal departments like marketing and legal to ensure smooth operations.
- Process and technology optimization: Streamline office operations, identify and implement operational efficiencies, and manage technology like CRMs and property management software to boost productivity.
- Compliance and legal adherence: Ensure all properties and operations comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
- Stakeholder and client relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, clients, and vendors; resolve issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100, ₹150,000.00 per month
