We are looking for a Paid Media Manager - QC at Brego Business. Kindly apply if the following role and responsibilities suit you:

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Closely work on checking all campaigns with the team to find problem areas and help client scaling.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing performance marketing team. Define roles, processes, and KPIs for the department.
  • Own the performance marketing budget. Forecast CAC, ROAS, and channel-wise spends.
  • Lead campaign planning, setup, execution, and continuous optimization across all digital channels. Leverage A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative experimentation.
  • Define reporting frameworks, dashboards, and insights to track performance and inform decisions. Translate numbers into strategic insights for leadership.
  • Work closely with product, content, analytics, and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives and customer journeys.
  • Identify and implement marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics solutions that support scale and efficiency.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 8+ yrs of experience in Paid Media.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling performance marketing departments (preferably at a startup or high-growth company).
  • Deep understanding of paid marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, Taboola, DV 360, snapchat, amazon, snapchat, flipkart etc.) and data analytics tools (GA4, Google Data Studio, Looker, etc.).
  • Should be proficient in Excel and Google studio.
  • Should have done media planning activity in the past.
  • Should have worked with at least a 30+ team.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2C/D2C/e-commerce/SaaS is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling, marketing automation, and CRM tools
