Job Summary:

We are hiring a Technical Team Lead for our Pondicherry branch to manage daily technical operations across the branch and assigned zones. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ISP network operations, field team handling, and client support. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, team performance, and coordination between zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical team at the Pondicherry branch, including field engineers and support staff.
  • Oversee and coordinate technical operations across multiple zones under the Pondicherry region.
  • Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of broadband and leased line connections.
  • Monitor network performance, resolve escalated issues, and coordinate with NOC or backend teams.
  • Assign tasks and monitor daily field activities to ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper documentation, service reports, and inventory records for all zonal operations.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to team members.
  • Liaise with sales, customer support, and higher management for operational updates.
  • Conduct regular audits, performance evaluations, and reporting of branch/zonal KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
