Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cook, located in Bengaluru. The Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of seasonal and local dishes, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. Daily tasks include meal planning, ingredient sourcing, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and reviewing and teaching basic knife skills. The Cook will also need to coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in meal planning and preparation with a focus on seasonal and local ingredients
  • Excellent skills in knife handling and basic kitchen techniques
  • Experience in kitchen hygiene and maintenance
  • Strong ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • A passion for healthy eating and sustainable food practices
  • Culinary education or relevant certification is a plus
