This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Associate, based in Bhubaneswar. The Legal Associate will be responsible for assisting in case preparation, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and analyzing complex legal issues. Day-to-day tasks also include attending court proceedings, liaising with clients, and providing legal counsel as required. The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team and with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law and deep understanding of legal procedures and case law
  • Experience in Legal Document Preparation and addressing a variety of legal issues
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and apply legal principles effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues professionally
  • Preferred experience in civil, criminal, or matrimonial law
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; an advanced degree in law is a plus
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines
  • Bar Council registration and eligibility to practice law in India**
