The Financial Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's financial operations comply with regulatory requirements. Their day-to-day tasks will include managing a team of "Financial Compliance Associates", ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various departments to address compliance issues.What You'll Do:Guide and Lead a team of Financial Compliance Associates in Book-keeping on Tally-Prime and maintaining meticulous financial records.Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Leverage accounting software to efficiently manage company finances and streamline processes.Manage GST, Income Tax and MCA compliances, ensuring timely and accurate filings.Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.Manage Internal Control Audit of clients at a regular interval.What You'll Bring:Proven expertise in preparing financial statements and managing journal entries.In-depth knowledge of accounting software and financial principles.Comprehensive understanding of GST, Income Tax MCA regulations and filing procedures.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.CA Inter Qualified or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience in a CA Firm, business advisory, or financial management environment is highly desirable.Why Join Us?Be part of a team that values innovation, ethics, and social impact.
