Job Description:

Responsibilities:


  2. Identify and qualify potential clients through various sources, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  3. Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our services to potential clients.
  4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations to prospects, addressing their specific needs.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the market as well as industry developments, to effectively articulate our competitive advantages.
  8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's network and generate leads.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates the activities.
  10. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:


  2. Proven track record in IT Sales/BD, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling IT products or services.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
  6. Results-oriented and driven to meet and exceed targets.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  8. Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
  9. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events when required.
  10. Strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
