Job Description:

 Generating business by bringing in new clients

 Maintaining business partnership with clients assigned by the company

 Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients & potential clients by

proposing solutions that meet their objectives

 Client retention & supporting revenue growth through business relations with key

client stakeholders

 Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

 Identify client's needs & effectively implementing techniques & project management

procedures to address them

 Accountable for customer satisfaction, production support & defining standards of

operation

 Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting

relationships

 Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external

stakeholders using key account metrics

 Collaborate with internal teams, including Event Planning, Production, and

Creative, to ensure all client requirements are understood and executed

effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

  • Must have experience in working in sales in event management firm.

  • Must be ok with target-oriented jobs.

  • Proven experience in client servicing and project management within the event management

industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with event technology trends and solutions.

  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹70,000.00 per month
