
Business Development Manager

Job Description:
Generating business by bringing in new clients
Maintaining business partnership with clients assigned by the company
Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients & potential clients by
proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Client retention & supporting revenue growth through business relations with key
client stakeholders
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Identify client's needs & effectively implementing techniques & project management
procedures to address them
Accountable for customer satisfaction, production support & defining standards of
operation
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting
relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external
stakeholders using key account metrics
Collaborate with internal teams, including Event Planning, Production, and
Creative, to ensure all client requirements are understood and executed
effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Must have experience in working in sales in event management firm.
Must be ok with target-oriented jobs.
Proven experience in client servicing and project management within the event management
industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with event technology trends and solutions.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹70,000.00 per month
