Role Description

This is an internship role for a Recruitment Intern located on-site in Tamil Nadu, India. The Recruitment Intern will assist in sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant data, and supporting recruitment processes. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth coordination of hiring initiatives and gain hands-on experience with recruitment tools and methods. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop recruitment and talent acquisition skills in a professional setting.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews
  • Understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interaction and team collaboration
  • Ability to organize and schedule interviews effectively, while managing applicant data
  • Knowledge of recruitment principles and processes
  • Basic understanding of industry trends and workforce planning
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Any prior experience or internships in recruitment or HR is a plus
